Wildsole make barefoot adventure sandals, handmade in Yorkshire, in a unisex range plus a kids' model called the GOAT. They're all vegan, with Vibram soles and a single adjustable strap, and the models run from the ultra thin HARE to the all-round MAMTOR for trails and everyday wear. I like that they offer a custom sizing service if the standard templates don't suit your feet.

How Wildsole Sandals fits

wide width

These are toe post sandals with no enclosed toe box, so the sole outline matters more than any shoe shape. I'd print the templates at 100% scale and leave 7 to 10mm beyond your longest toe. If your foot is very wide, they can cut a custom size.
