Komuello
Barefoot brand from South Korea.
Komuello makes sock style shoes for babies, toddlers and first walkers, with a stretchy cotton sock upper joined to a thin, flexible rubber sole. They are made in South Korea, though the brand's US shop says they are designed in California, and the styles run from everyday and dressier pairs to water shoes. They are made to be worn on bare feet and are machine washable, so they feel quite different from a structured toddler trainer.
