Groundies is a German brand, founded in 2019 in the Black Forest, making zero drop barefoot shoes for women and men. The range covers sneakers, dress shoes, sandals, boots and outdoor styles, in leather and vegan options, and many styles come in a regular Barefoot fit or a wider Barefoot+ fit. I like that the designs look like everyday shoes, so they work for the office or a night out.

How Groundies fits

I'd check which fit a pair is first. Barefoot suits narrow to medium feet, Barefoot+ is much roomier, and Light is tapered. GS1 sole models like the Nova GS1 and Universe sit higher over the foot than GO1 ones, so measure and go up a size if you're between sizes.
