Earth Sole is a small Cape Town brand in South Africa making handmade leather barefoot shoes with thin leather soles. The uppers use recycled leather, every pair is made to order, and you can choose your own colour combination or ask for a tailor-made fit from your foot measurements. I see women's and men's styles plus a small kids range, along with sheepskin insoles and beeswax leather care.

I'd measure across the highest point of your foot first, as Earth Sole's guide suggests. Wide feet are pointed to the men's sizes or a custom fit, narrow feet to the women's sizes or a custom fit. They stretch about 10% and that's already built into the sizing, so I wouldn't size up.
