Biomecanics is a Spanish children's shoe brand, part of the Garvalín group, making shoes and boots for babies, toddlers and older kids. Most of the range is conventional first-walker and everyday footwear, but it now has a labelled Barefoot range, including the Wider line and First Steps Barefoot, with extra toe box room, flexible soles and removable insoles. If you want true barefoot shoes, check each model, as the rest of the range is more structured.

This is a children's brand, so I couldn't find adult fit details. The sizes already include about 1 cm of growing room, so I'd go by the size chart and not size up. The Wider line is made for chubbier feet and higher insteps.
